With the Hooikus you can make the large Hooimadam suitable for pans with a diameter of 18-26 cm.
The Hooikus is a reducer that you put around your pan. This reduces the space around the pan and increases the insulating effect. The Hooikus can be ordered cheaply in combination with the Hooimadam large or as a complete set. The Hooikus is colored navy blue with an ocher yellow edge and made of a sturdy canvas fabric.

The Hooikus (reducer) arose from customers asking if we could make a Hooimadam for the intermediate pan size of approximately 21 cm. We found the solution in the development of the Hooikus. Place this around the pan and then place it in the large Hooimadam. The Hooimadam works at its best when the pan is enclosed in the Hooimadam as best as possible.
The Hooikus can be ordered cheaply in combination with the Hooimadam large or as a complete set.
