Hooikus Reducer

This reducer is made of cotton and filled with sheep’s wool. Sheep wool has a very high insulation value. We have given the reducer the name Hooikus. You can use the Hooikus in combination with: the medium, large and extra large Hooimadam. The Hooikus fills up the space if the pan is just a bit too small for your Hooimadam cooking bag, creating less space and more insulation. And more insulation means that your food cooks better or stays warm.
